The Confirmation.

Once the digital consultation form is received, we will review your answers. If we have any further questions we will contact you. After confirming the request, you will receive an email with your booking time and date. Please be sure to check your spam email.

The Appointment.

The day before your appointment, you can expect to receive your Appointment Reminder. Your appointment time is pre planned for a consultation review, your relaxing service, and fun after photos. You can also expect to receive a post-visit review of your game plan moving forward, making booking your next appointment easy!

If you are here for a chemical service, your formula will be custom blended and recorded at each visit. We offer options such as water, coffee, tea, white wine, and a variety of snacks to keep you comfortable and relaxed as your service processes. We also offer free Wi-Fi, magazines and a laid back atmosphere for you to enjoy during your visit.
We will also thoroughly consult with you to create the perfect cut for your look, lifestyle and overall goals.

During the styling process, we share our best tips and products to help you to recreate your style at home.
